All daily deliveries are made between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
Sometimes customers add a note with a requested delivery window while placing their order. While we make every attempt to deliver your product near your specified time, all deliveries go on a route with other deliveries and sometimes we run into delays that are unexpected. If you absolutely need a specified delivery window, please talk with us by phone first to make sure we can accommodate this on that particular day.
